Exchange Policy
- Goods sold are non-returnable, except for Item 4, and strictly no cash refunds are allowed.
- Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- All exchange items must be inspected and verified by staff to confirm they are in good condition before the exchange can be processed.
- The following items cannot be exchanged (except in cases of manufacturing defects):
- CDs & DVDs
- Magazines
- Books with CD
- Textbooks
- Electronic products
- Ink cartridges and toner
- Food and beverage items

- If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, no refund will be provided for the balance.
- Exchanges must be processed at the original store of purchase.
Terms and Conditions for Promotional Item
- All discount and rebate schemes offered are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotion.
- All items offered under specific promotions are while stocks last.
- All prices shown under promotional schemes are correct at time of printing and subject to change without prior notice. In the event of any price discrepancy, the prices shown on the product labels shall be honoured.
- POPULAR Promotional Vouchers are not be used for discounted items or nett priced items, not to be used with other promotional vouchers and the POPULAR Card.
- POPULAR reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions set above from time to time without prior notice.
